Our rolls are stuffed with succulent meat slathered in our own handmade season rubs, carefully smoked and patiently slow-cooked to create flavours that are achieved through our intense appreciation of flavour.

At How We Rolls HQ in Brisbane, Australia, we’re constantly thinking up new additions to our menu. We’ve debuted our Smoked Fish rolls these past few events, and are revising our ribs.
