Nem rán (“fried roll”) in Northern Vietnamese dialect, is a popular dish in Vietnamese cuisine.

My brother and I, we feel very lucky to grow up in Hanoi- the capital city of Vietnam. The food available in Hanoi’s narrow alleys and tree-lined boulevards is just as much a part of the city as its lakes and old world architecture. In fact, all of these elements combine with the indomitable spirit of the Vietnamese people to produce a lively culinary scene that is both diverse and confronting.

From our passion and love of cooking combined with our rich Vietnamese heritage, we want to bring the taste of Vietnamese street foods to Melbournians foodie lovers. We want to add more diversity to the food truck scene in Melbourne.
